The step by step process in the creation of a photo video.
Photo videos are an excellent way to mark a special occasion and make great gifts. Imagine your favorite photos displayed on your TV, with special effects transitions, and playing to your favorite music. They include custom designed opening introduction screens and end screens which can include text or images and can display names and dates, favorite lyrics, a poem, or a special message. There is also an option to get a matching customized DVD case!
Some ways photo videos have been used:
Creating a Photo Video:
1.
Send your order form! Next, choose all the photos you want in your video.
The easiest way to send your photos is as digital
files on a CD. (Preferably in JPEG format.) However your hard copy photos
can be scanned for you. Please see Pricing for more information.
2. Decide what order you want your pictures
in, and number them accordingly.
Hard copy photos may have small sticky-notes affixed to the
back. If possible please place the photo files on your CD in numerical order.
3. Choose your music, and choose the order of songs.
Music may also be sent on CD if you have the
songs. If you know the song you want, but do not have a copy, Let us know!
We have numerous songs in our library, and will try to find it for you.
4. Send all your photos and music to:
Pencils
and Pixels Art

5. Work begins once your photos arrive!
1.
You are contacted by e-mail and we discuss the look
of your intro and end screens and effects.
2. All photos are converted to the right size and format,
and any retouching (painting out scratches, tonal fixes, etc.) is done.
3. Your Introduction screen is created. Photos start
to be set to music.
4.
Timing with your music, photos, and transitions is perfected.
5.
Your end screen is created and added to the video.
6. Your video is critiqued several times to ensure proper
viewing and timing.
7.
The file is rendered, and then converted to DVD format
or Copied to VHS.
8.
Your video is sent to you with your photos and music!
